Tuning service onlyTHE SOFTWARE. Tune Delivery Network. HP Tuners’ new Tune Delivery Network (TDN) is the fastest and easiest way for tuners to share calibration files and access customer information. The free TDN app syncs with an RTD+ or MPVI2, MPVI2+, or MPVI3 interface via Bluetooth, removing the laptop when it comes to licensing and writing tunes to vehicles. Once an order is placed and we receive the read file we will email you an invite code needed to link to us. please read the guide at the bottom of the description.
ECM/TCM tuning for the 08-10 6.4 Ford Super Duty trucks swapped to a Cummins engine.
TDN is compatible with all HP Tuners OBDII interfaces. (MPVI2 and above)
Hardware + SoftwareTDN is compatible with MPVI2, MPVI2+, MPVI3, RTD, RTD+, and RTD devices. However, only the MPVI2+, MPVI3, and RTD+, and RTD devices offer iOS support. The problem lies in the torque base ECM logic and the many limp modes in the factory tuning, these are in place to save the 6.4 motor in the event of problems. What happens with a swapped truck is many sensors and logic is just not there and the limp modes built-in removes the torque value resulting in a drastic line pressure drop in the transmission. When this happens the flare or missed gear happens, upgraded direct/EPC helps but is not a real fix.
Our testing and tuning was done with a tuned 03 Common rail (running a max effort tune) and a 350,000Km (215,000 Miles) stock and well used with a low stall converter, this trans was not serviced or inspected prior to installation. Sensors hooked up MAP, oil PSI/temp, coolant temp.
Benefits
No sensors are needed in the exhaust to start
No check engine light
No cleaning filter
No green wrench
No jumping pin 53, keeping neutral safety working
Trans diagnostics is still active
Revised "Hybrid" tuning and tow-haul
Adaptive learning
Optional turn-off battery/charging light for guys running another brand of alternator
